Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Cost Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum spend required.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at solunaclothingstore@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soluna is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
